One of my favorite features in my fashion magazines has always been the one that highlights what celebrities are carrying in their bags on a daily basis. Call me curious, but I love to know what other people “can’t live without,” especially when it comes to beauty products. With that in mind, I decided to ask some cool and fashionable Bergen County girls my favorite question: What’s in your bag?

Grand Soir by Maison Francis Kurkdjian Perfume: “I am a perfume nut! I cannot leave home without it so I keep a wardrobe size of this in my purse. I constantly get asked what perfume I am wearing its insane.”
Ahava Mineral Hand Cream: “I am obsessed with this hand cream, it’s water based so it doesn’t leave a greasy feel and it smells delicious.”
Sunglasses: “I wear sunglasses all year long so I have multiple pairs of Tory Burch, Gucci and Kate Spade.”
Trish McEvoy Lip Gloss: “Another obsession I have is lip gloss. I keep multiple tubes of Trish McEvoy’s Irresistible Petal in my purse and car. I pair it with Nars lip liner in Morocco; they look great together.”
Sugar Lip Treatment by Fresh: “My lips have been very dry this summer from the sun so I use Sugar Lip Treatment in Berry and Bloom by Fresh. It helps protect my lips while giving me a nice glossy look when I’m at the pool or beach.”
Eyeglasses: “Lastly I always have cheaters with me at all times. I literally must own about 20 pairs. I’m always losing them!”

If you’re not catching her behind the chair, she is either doing some editorial work for local designers or working at New York Fashion Week. She is a seasoned stylist who has worked alongside the biggest names in the “hair industry.”
Ecru Lipstick: “Sandy Suede is one of my favorite neutral shades of lipstick – my number one, go-to color. Let’s not forget to mention it’s perfect for every season. Also the best part it lasts throughout the whole day. Check it out at Changing Heads.”
Ecru Travel Texture Spray: “I never know who I may run into or where I might end up so I’m always prepared with my little product. It’s great for creating more texture into my hair and it even acts as a dry shampoo.”
Buxom Lip Balm: “My instant lip plumper with a pretty pink tint. Also it is very moisturizing.”
Clarins BB Cream: “A great moisturizer with an SPF of 15 and makes me look tan.”
Hair Ties/Bobby Pins: “I can’t live without my hair ties. I always need one handy if I decide to put my hair in a topknot or do a quick braid.”

MAKEUP FOR EVER Ultra HD Lip Booster, Lipstick Queen Lipstick in Frog Prince and Lucy & Co Hydrating Lip Plumper: “My go-to daily lip trio. The [MAKEUP FOR EVER] Ultra HD Lip Booster hydrates and smooths the lips, while the [Lucy & Co] Hydrating Lip Plumper uses tiny microspheres to increase blood circulation to visibly plump the lips. I wait a few minutes before I top off with the Frog Prince lipstick (don’t let the green tint fool you), which changes with the pH of your lips to create a rosy pink look that flatters any skin tone.”
EltaMD UV Elements Sunscreen: “Because my skin is so sensitive, my sunscreen has to be non-irritating but still have the physical protection that I need against the sun. This one doesn’t break me out and it’s fragrance-, gluten- and paraben-free.”
Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater: “I was introduced to this by a makeup artist here in Bergen County as the ultimate skin refresher. I usually apply it right after I wash my face and a couple times throughout the day to refresh my makeup. The smell of roses and herbs is so calming, which helps me throughout the day. I need to look hydrated when speaking with our VIP patients. My skin is a representation of the work we do and the technology behind beautiful skin, so I need to have my skin always looking it’s best!”
No-Crack Super Hand Cream – Unscented: “My hands are super dry from washing them all day. This is one of the only hand creams that I have ever used to really hydrate and soften my skin. Hands are one of the areas of the body that shows the first signs of aging, even faster than on the face. It’s not greasy, and it’s great for all cracked and calloused areas on the hands, elbows and feet. It’s even awesome for dry cuticles. The packaging is very no-frills and plain, but what’s inside will change your hands.”

Odacite Aventurine Kiss Lip Serum: “Odacite is one of my favorite natural beauty brands, and I love that this lip serum applicator is made with aventurine crystal for luck and prosperity. Bring on the positive energy!”
Tattly Temporary Tattoos: “Let’s face it: with four kids, I always need a few tricks up my sleeve. This is where Tattly Temporary Tattoos come in. They are safe, non-toxic, made in the USA and even come with their own sponge. Just add water and the kids are happy!”
Michel Bezoza is the owner/designer/creator of Hunt & Orchard, a unique jewelry and accessories brand that mixes new and vintage jewelry. Michel is the former Gypsy Warrior co-founder, a happy wife and the mom to a 2-year-old, Hunter.
Mac Retro Matte Lip Stain: “I never leave home without my matte red lipstick. Right now I am obsessed with this one. The best color is Feels So Grand.”
MAKE UP FOR EVER Ultra HD Microfinishing Pressed Powder: “I use this all day every day. It makes your skin look perfect in photos and makes oil vanish.”
Water Wipes: “These are best hand wipes/kid wipes on the planet. They’re 99.9 percent water. A wipe always comes in handy, especially when you have a toddler.”
Pouch of Hunt & Orchard Jewels: “Having a toddler, I tend to run out without getting a second chance to get ready. I carry a pouch of Hunt & Orchard jewels because I can always add some to my outfit – and a red lip – and feel ready for the day.”
Grace by Philosophy: “This is so light and airy and it feels like summer.”
