B66 Shot

BouveryCV: 1.5 oz.

Grand Marnier: 0.5 oz.

Combine both ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain and pour into a chilled shot glass.

NOTE: Grand Marnier can be replaced with Gran Gala Triple Sec (orange triple sec).

 

BCV Espresso Martini

BouveryCV: 1.5 oz.

Coffee Liqueur: 1.0 oz.

Espresso Shot: 1.5 oz.

Premium Vodka: 0.5 oz.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.

 

Bouvery Alexander

BouveryCV: 1.5 oz.

Cognac: 1.5 oz.

Fresh Cream: 1.0 oz.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain and pour into a cognac glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.

 

Bouvery Signature

BouveryCV: 1.5 oz.

Grey Goose: 1.5 oz.

Giffard Crème de Banane: Bar Spoon

Lustau Sherry: 0.25 oz.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain and pour into your glass of choice. Garnish with a frozen banana slice.

NOTE: Grey Goose can be replaced with a premium vodka. Laustau Sherry can be replaced with a dark sherry.

 

Ludlow Flame

BouveryCV: 0.5 oz.

Bourbon: 1.5 oz.

Mole Bitters: 6 Drops

Ancho Reyes: 0.5 oz.

In a mixing glass full of ice, combine all ingredients and stir. Serve on a large ice cub and garnish with a large chili.

 

The Grande Dame

BouveryCV: 1.0 oz.

Bourbon: 0.5 oz.

Grand Marnier: 0.5 oz.

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Add a few large ice cubs. Shake well and strain. Serve in a glass of your choice.

NOTE: Grand Marnier can be replaced with Gran Gala Triple Sec (orange triple sec).

 

The Temptress

BouveryCV: 0.25 oz.

Antica Formula: 0.75 oz.

Siembra Metl Mezcal: 0.5 oz.

Casa Noble Reposado: 1.5 oz.

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass; stir and single strain. Serve in a glass of your choice.

NOTE: Siembra Metl Mezcal can be replaced with a premium mezcal. Casa Noble Reposado can be replaced with a premium tequila reposado.

 

Cheeky Nipple

BouveryCV: 2.0 oz.

Gran Gala Triple Sec: 0.25 oz.

Maestro Dobel Silver: 0.25 oz.

In a shaker, pour chilled BouveryCV. Add ingredients and a few large ice cubs. Shake well and strain over one large or two medium ice cubes.

NOTE: Gran Gala Triple Sec can be replaced with Grand Marnier. Maestro Dobel Silver can be replaced with a premium tequila blanco.

 

Orange Chocotini

BouveryCV: 1.0 oz.

Cacao Bitters: 1.0 oz.

Grey Goose Le Orange: 1.0 oz.

Fresh OJ: 0.5 oz.

In a shaker, pour chilled BouveryCV. Add ingredients and a few large ice cubes. Shake well and strain in a coup glass; garnish with a thinly sliced orange twist.

NOTE: Grey Goose Le Orange can be replaced with a premium orange vodka.

 

BCV Hot Chocolate

 

BouveryCV: 1.5 oz.

Coffee: 4.0 oz.

Grand Marnier: 0.5 oz.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain and pour into a martini glass. Top with foam and a marshmallow.

NOTE: Grand Marnier can be replaced with Gran Gala Triple Sec (orange triple sec).

 

Dr. Dre

BouveryCV: 0.75 oz.

Widow Jane Bourbon: 1.0 oz.

Sweet Vermouth: 0.5 oz.

Wray and Nephew Rum: 0.5 oz.

Luxardo Maraschino: Bar Spoon

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with maraschino cherries.

NOTE: Widow Jane Bourbon can be replaced with a 10-year single-barrel bourbon. Wray and Nephew Rum can be replaced with a premium white rum.

 

Trading Company

Bouvery CV: 1.0 oz.

Ginger Syrup: 1.0 oz.

Ancho Reyes: 1.0 oz.

Orange Bitters: 6 Dashes

Guinness: 1.5 oz.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Whip shake, strain and pour into a martini glass. Top with Guinness and an orange slice.

 

Kentucky Debbie

BouveryCV: 1.0 oz.

Bourbon: 1.5 oz.

Chilled Mint Tea: 2.0 oz.

Simple Syrup: 0.5 oz.

Green Chartreuse: 0.5 oz.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with one ice cube. Whip shake until the ice dissolves. Strain and pour into a tall glass with crushed ice. Top with mint leaves and dust with confectionary sugar.

 

Cherry Poppin’ Chocolate Martini

BouveryCV: 0.5 oz.

Vanilla Vodka: 1.5 oz.

Luxardo Cherry Liqueur: 1.5 oz.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain and pour into a martini glass with Luxardo cherries.
