$425 Individual Golfer; $200 Cocktail Reception & Dinner Only
On Tuesday, September 26th 2017, The Center for Family Support (CFS) will be hosting its Annual Golf Classic at The Edgewood Country Club in River Vale, NJ. The event was spearheaded seventeen years ago by CFS Board Chairman, Lloyd Stabiner, of Teaneck, to raise funds for services provided to the agency’s service recipients with intellectual disabilities. In addition to a sumptuous buffet brunch, cocktails and dinner, players can warm up on a gorgeous practice green and driving range and will enjoy beautifully manicured holes, sure to challenge golfers of all playing levels.
Tickets to the event start at $425 for a golfer’s package. Various sponsorships are also available and range from $600 to sponsor a tee to $10,000 as a platinum level supporter. CFS is a registered 501-c-3 charity and all donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
A pioneer in helping those with intellectual disabilities since 1954, The Center for Family Support, with locations in the five Boroughs of New York and northern and central New Jersey, is one of the oldest agencies in the tri-state area for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, including autism. Throughout their sixty plus year history, services and programs have grown from respite services in the homes of families in need, to residential housing, Day Programs With and Without Walls, and support of Self-Advocacy Groups and job placement services.
If you are interested in attending, or would like sponsorship information, you can log onto the CFS website at www.cfsny.org or contact Barry Haber, at The Center for Family Support, 212-629-7939 ext. 279.
