The Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra’s 2nd concert of the 83rd season series continues on March 16th, 8:00 pm at the Syriac Community Hall, 55 W. Midland Ave, Paramus, NJ, with the 2018 Helene Emanuel/BPO Young Artist Competition winners. Both are gifted artists and will delight the audience with their performances. Ki-Deok Park, clarinetist has won numerous competitions and distinctions for his solo, chamber, and orchestral performances. Eilene Lee, violinist from Teaneck, NJ has won numerous awards in both national and international violin competitions in solo, chamber, and orchestral performances. They both have performed in various prestigious venues which include Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall, and Merkin Concert Hall. They both have attended many summer festivals throughout the US.
Maestro Cho will conduct the evening’s repertoire which includes Mozart’s Magic Flute Overture, the Clarinet Concerto No. 4 by Louis Spohr, the Violin Concerto No. 3 by Camille Saint-Saens and a holiday surprise. This performance is dedicated to the memory of Helene Emanuel. Ticket pricing is: Adults: $25, Seniors: $20, Students: $10.
